"Current Currency"

October 27, 2019

This week I had a conversation with a client about energy. That we are all made up of energy, therefore we are energetic beings and that each of us has a certain amount of "currency" in our (let's call it) "energetic piggy banks."

And like monetary currency we only have a certain amount available to spend. It, just like water, clean air and the environment is not an unlimited resource. It is a renewable resource, thank goodness, but you have to be intentional in both the ways you choose to renew it as well as conserve it.

So I want you to think about who and what YOU choose to spend your energetic currency on day in and day out and I want you to know that the spending of energy goes way beyond burning it up physically, know that things like holding grudges, trying to get other people to do what you want, your pride, your need for recognition, saying "yes" when saying "no" would be a much better idea, are just a few of the things you can spend it on, the list, could go on and on, but I assure you, all of these things "burn currency" from your bank.

If you are tired, most of the time, "stressed out", physically ill more than you used to be etc., I am suggesting that you have depleted your "bank" and more than likely are "running on fumes" if not completely "in debt."

Oh and let me be clear here, "in debt" in the energetic world means your body is displaying the signs of (possibly) years of unhealthy choices when it comes to how you chose to spend your "energetic currency."

Food for thought this Sunday and as with monetary currency the fabulous thing is that at any time you can choose to get on an "energetic fitness program", get out of debt and regain some of your vitality and yes, even acquire more than you could ever imagine. If you have been in debt for years your body may not bounce back fully but it certainly can be better than it is today.

With more value than paper money will EVER have...how is your "piggy bank" faring these days?
